Messaging SMS and WhatsApp

Pro plans can receive SMS and WhatsApp messages to your Twin, with monthly messaging units and optional add ons.

Messaging is a Pro capability. Visitors message your Twin the way they message a person. Answers stay grounded in approved sources, with the same citation and refusal behaviour as web chat.

Manage messaging units and add ons from the console after you upgrade to Pro.

AI Twin produces answers generated by AI. Important decisions should still be verified against the cited sources or with the expert directly.
