AI Twin Owners Guide

From the first AI Twin to this one

What changes for owners who used the first AI Twin or Speak To AI, what carries over, and the steps to move across smoothly.

You are in the right place

The first AI Twin (Speak To AI) and this console are the same product line, rebuilt. There is no automatic upgrade. Create a new Prifina login at https://base.hi.speak-to.ai with a one-time email code or a passkey. The old Speak To login does not sign you in here.

Public AI Twins live at https://hi.speak-to.ai/your-name.

Use the same email

Sign up or sign in with the email on your old account. That is how we recognize a prior Twin and/or billing. Same email is recognition, not SSO.

If we recognize a subscription

Your existing Speak To billing can link automatically. You should not subscribe again. Linked plans are typically Base. On Subscription, you may see that billing is linked from Speak To AI.

If we recognize a Twin

After you confirm your email, signup may show Welcome back:

  1. Migrate my AI Twin: copies your profile and knowledge into this console
  2. Create a new AI Twin: starts empty

Chat history does not transfer.

If your Prifina login email does not match the Speak To email, we send a one-time code to the Speak To address so you can prove ownership.

You can also start an import later from Account → Import from Speak-to.ai.

Your public link

Claim your name on https://hi.speak-to.ai/your-name. The old hey.speak-to.ai link may keep working until you claim the same name and we set a redirect. Redirects are set per name, not globally. Email hello@prifina.com if you need that redirect.

Update embeds and shared links that still point at retired hosts (hub.speak-to.ai, hey.speak-to.ai, base.prifina.com).

If your marketing email included a claim link

Open that link when you do not already have linked Speak To billing. The current returning-user offer is a 100-Day AI Twin Reset with code AITWINV2:

Redeem once, through 30 September 2026. Add a card to start 100 days free, then continue at the standard Base or Pro rate unless you cancel.

Skip this offer if we already linked an active Speak To subscription. Paying Speak To subscribers do not get an extra 100 free days on top of linked billing.

What is new

See AI Twin at a Glance for Insights, Reply as you, Organize, Promote, messaging on Pro, and multi-twin. Multi-twin means extra AI Twin links on one Pro account. It is not the same as moving from the first product to this one.

We do not claim visitor voice chat, SSO with the old login, or that everything transfers.
