Custom Domain
Run your AI Twin on your own address, such as twin.yourdomain.com, with step by step setup and verification.
Subscribers only
Base and Pro can map a subdomain such as twin.yourcompany.com to your public twin.
Steps
- Open Account → Custom domain (https://base.hi.speak-to.ai/custom-domain)
- Enter the host you want (e.g.
twin.example.com) - Add the CNAME record at your DNS provider pointing to
hi.speak-to.ai - Click Verify DNS in the console
- TLS provisions automatically when DNS is correct
Notes
- Use a subdomain, not the apex root, unless your DNS provider supports CNAME flattening at apex
- Changes can take up to 48 hours to propagate
