Track visits, sessions and chats, spot knowledge gaps with Reflect, and join live conversations. You approve every change.
What it is
Analytics shows visits, sessions, and chat activity on your AI Twin. Insights (Sessions, Live Feed, Reflect, Leads, and optional daily report) helps you see themes, join live chats, and close knowledge gaps. Suggestions are human-in-the-loop: you can Add knowledge, Publish a piece, approve, dismiss, or clear, there is no autopilot that silently rewrites your AI Twin.
What it’s for
After you share the Twin or a Promote link, real questions reveal what you forgot to upload. Reflect flags thin or generic answers; you decide whether to teach a fact or publish a clearer piece. Reply as you lets you join a visitor’s chat while they are still on the page. Piece detail under Promote also shows visits, Twin asks, and conversion (asks ÷ visits).

How to use it
- Open Analytics (https://base.hi.speak-to.ai/analytics) after sharing, check visits, sessions, chats, and trends.
- Open Insights (https://base.hi.speak-to.ai/insights): Sessions or Live Feed for chats, Leads for contact-me submissions, Reflect for gaps and suggested snippets.
- When a visitor is still on the public page, use Reply as you (gold button) to send a human reply. They see a distinct owner bubble; the AI Twin keeps answering otherwise. Details: Reply as you.
- Set How you appear once (owner reply name and icon on Home or the first time you reply). It applies account-wide across your AI Twins.
- When Reflect or Suggested knowledge flags a generic answer, choose:
- Add knowledge (voice or upload) for a grounded fact, or - Publish a piece to cover the topic on a share page, or - edit and approve a drafted snippet, or dismiss.
- Optional: enable Daily Report email for a short digest of yesterday’s activity.
- After you add knowledge or publish, ask again as a visitor and confirm the gap closed.
Tips / pitfalls
- Reply as you turns off after the visitor leaves (or their tab stops polling). Do not expect to reply hours later on a cold session.
- Insights suggestions are drafts for you, not autopilot content updates.
- Thin traffic often means the link is not in the right places yet, not a broken Twin.
- Act on a few high-value gaps first; do not approve every suggestion blindly.
- Leads live under Insights, pair with Contact me & leads.
