When the owner replies live
What it means when the owner joins your AI Twin chat live, and how to tell their replies apart from the Twin's.
What it is
Sometimes the person behind the AI Twin joins the chat while you still have the page open. Their message appears as an owner bubble with their reply name and icon, separate from the AI Twin’s usual answers.
What to expect
- The AI Twin can keep answering; a live owner reply is an extra human turn, not a takeover that deletes the bot.
- Replies show up while your tab is active. If you closed the page, they cannot send a live reply into that visit.
- Refreshing a blank Welcome view will not replay old owner bubbles from an earlier chat in the same browser session as if they were new.
