Privacy and clearing chats
What an AI Twin stores about your chats, who can see them, and how to clear your conversation history.
What you control
On the public AI Twin you can usually:
- Sign in or stay anonymous for that visit
- Edit a simple visitor profile when signed in
- Clear chats for your visitor account on that experience
- Sign out
Clear chats
Clearing removes saved chat history tied to your visitor sign-in for that flow. You may need a valid session; if clear fails with an auth error, sign in again first.
What the owner can see
Owners can see activity in Analytics and Insights (questions, sessions, leads you submitted). They do not get your Prifina owner console. Treat chats as visible to the person who runs the AI Twin.
