AI Twin Owners Guide

The invite only AI Twin iPhone app for owners: analytics, insights, voice knowledge and subscription on the go.

What it is

The AI Twin iPhone app is an owner companion for Analytics, Insights, Voice knowledge, sharing your link, and Base subscription. It is invite-only while we prepare a public App Store release, not visitor chat and not a full replacement for the web console at https://base.hi.speak-to.ai.

What it’s for

Check activity and add voice knowledge on the go after a meeting, then finish heavy uploads and privacy admin on the web. Same account email as the console; one-time email code to sign in.

How to use it

  1. Get a TestFlight / invite from your Prifina contact if you do not have the app yet.
  2. Sign in with the same email as https://base.hi.speak-to.ai.
  3. Use Analytics and Insights tabs for activity, Reflect, leads, and daily report.
  4. Use the Voice tab to record → polish → preview → save (same idea as web talk-to-add).
  5. More: copy/share link, invite emails, switch Twin (if Pro on web), Base subscription (aitwin001 / aitwin002), account controls.
  6. For full Knowledge uploads, website import, Sell, Messaging, and custom domain, open the console (Safari from the app is fine).

Tips / pitfalls

  • Visitor speak-to-chat on the public Twin is not live; Voice is an owner knowledge flow.
  • Pro billing and multi-twin creation stay on the web; the app can switch among Twins you already have.
  • Knowledge in-app is partial, expect Safari for bulk work.
  • Push for live activity / leads is not shipping yet; check Insights when you open the app.
