Talk to add knowledge

Record your voice in the console, polish the transcript and save it as an article your AI Twin can answer from.

What it is

Owner voice knowledge: speak naturally on the web console (or invite-only iOS Voice tab), polish the transcript into an article, preview, then save into Knowledge. Usage is metered on your plan. This is not the same as visitors talking to the public Twin.

What it’s for

Capturing what you would say out loud after a meeting, ramble the story, let polish clean it up, then save. Useful on mobile when typing a full FAQ is impractical.

How to use it

  1. On web: open Talk to add knowledge (https://base.hi.speak-to.ai/knowledge/voice). On iOS companion: use the Voice tab.
  2. Record, ramble is fine; cover the facts you want the Twin to know.
  3. Run polish so the transcript becomes a clear knowledge article.
  4. Preview, edit anything wrong, then save.
  5. Ask the public Twin the same topic in a private window to confirm.

Tips / pitfalls

  • Flow is ramble → polish → preview → save: do not skip preview.
  • Visitor speak-to-chat on the public Twin is not live yet; do not promise it in demos.
  • Mobile works well for capture; heavy editing can still finish on the web.
  • Keep sessions focused; one topic per recording retrieves more cleanly.
