Contact me & leads
Let visitors leave their email through your AI Twin and follow up on those leads from Insights in the console.
What it is
Contact me is an optional calling card on the public Twin so visitors can leave an email. Submissions appear under Insights → Leads for you to follow up. It is lead capture, not a CRM replacement.
What it’s for
When someone chats, likes the answers, and wants a human follow-up, speaking engagements, consulting, or “email me the deck.” The Twin stays the front door; you close the loop.
How to use it
- Open Profile (https://base.hi.speak-to.ai/home).
- Enable Show contact me (wording may vary slightly in the UI).
- Open your public Twin in a private window and submit a test lead.
- Review submissions under Insights → Leads (https://base.hi.speak-to.ai/insights).
- Follow up from your own email, the Twin does not send marketing blasts for you.
Tips / pitfalls
- Pair with a clear intro so people know why they are leaving an email.
- Check Leads after demos and campaigns; do not assume push alerts yet.
- Private knowledge invites are separate from Contact me, see Sharing and Privacy.
- Treat leads as personal data; handle them under your privacy practices.
