Introducing Your AI Twin

Set your AI Twin intro, photo, look and example questions so visitors understand who they are talking to and what to ask.

What it is

Your AI Twin has two faces: the owner console (https://base.hi.speak-to.ai) where you set profile, personality, and knowledge, and the public chat at https://hi.speak-to.ai/your-name that contacts and audiences open. Profile covers intro, photo, theme, Personality & rules, example questions, and disclaimer. Public chat is what people experience when they ask, and, when you enable it, when the AI Twin asks them something first.

What it’s for

So the Twin can answer for you when you are not in the room, after a talk, in a partner thread, or when someone lands on your site and wants the gist. Frame an early share as a beta: trusted people ask real questions, you tighten knowledge from Analytics and Insights.

How to use it

  1. Open Profile (https://base.hi.speak-to.ai/home). Set intro (~100 characters), avatar, theme, disclaimer, and 0–3 example questions (chips visitors click to ask you).
  2. Open Personality & rules on the same Profile page: voice and style, behavior prompt, business rules, optional Questions to ask visitors, and whether the Twin may answer product questions about AI Twins. Full steps: Personality and rules.
  3. Add a focused first knowledge set (see Knowledge Management).
  4. Copy your public link (https://hi.speak-to.ai/your-name) and open it in a private / incognito window so you see the visitor experience, not your logged-in console session.
  5. Ask a real question. If the answer is thin, Quick Add or upload, then ask again. If you enabled visitor questions, confirm the opening or a follow-up ask appears as expected.
  6. Share the link (signature, site embed, QR). Optional: Prifina QR watch template.

Tips / pitfalls

  • Console (base.hi) is for you; public (hi.speak-to.ai/name) is for everyone else. Do not demo from the wrong tab.
  • Example questions are visitor starters. Questions to ask visitors are your agenda (what you want to learn from them). Do not mix them up.
  • Always verify in a private window: cookies and owner login hide visitor gates.
  • Start with one context (a talk, service, or article), then widen.
  • Incognito is for testing the public Twin, not a privacy mode for your knowledge.
