Promote
Publish talks and articles as share pages, choose who can see them, and let readers ask your AI Twin about each piece.
What it is
Promote packages knowledge (audio, article, video, and related kinds) into a clean share page at https://hi.speak-to.ai/your-name/p/piece-slug. You approve title, description, and cover, choose visibility, publish, and copy the link. Visitors can play the piece and Ask Twin about this.
You do not need a fully trained Twin first. Share early; use real questions to decide what to teach next.
What it’s for
After a talk, article, or recording, when you want a URL people will actually open, not only the main Twin chat link. Promote is the share path for the Create → Publish → Share → Interact → Improve loop.

Visitors who open an unlisted piece can still ask about that piece from the page. Unlisted is not the same as private knowledge (invite / password), see Sharing and Privacy.
How to use it
- Open Promote (https://base.hi.speak-to.ai/promote). Confirm your plan includes Promote if the console asks.
- Add content from a catalog item (or intake), then review AI packaging: title, description, hashtags, cover.
- Choose Anyone with link or Publish publicly.
- Click Publish and Copy link. Share it after the talk or in your newsletter.
- On the public piece page, visitors play media and can ask the Twin about the piece.
- In Promote piece detail, check visits, Twin asks, and conversion, see Analytics and Insights.
- When answers look generic, open Suggested knowledge and Add knowledge or publish another piece.
Tips / pitfalls
- Do not confuse Promote unlisted with private docs or Sell packs.
- Podcast RSS only includes listed audio pieces.
- Your own test chats do not show as visitor engagement, send the link to someone else (or a second device / private window as a visitor).
