AI Twin Owners Guide
Choose your processing region
Set where your AI Twin processes answers: the United States, Canada, Switzerland, Germany, Sweden or the Netherlands. Available on paid plans.
What it is
Preferred processing region sets where your AI Twin processes the answers it gives visitors. You can choose the United States, Canada, Switzerland, Germany, Sweden or the Netherlands, and more regions are being added. The setting belongs to each AI Twin and is available on paid plans.
What it's for
Keep the work behind your answers close to the people you serve. A European adviser can process answers in Europe; a Canadian educator can keep them in Canada. Organizations can give each AI Twin the region that fits its market and policies.
How to use it
- Open your AI Twin settings in the console (https://base.hi.speak-to.ai/home).
- Open Answer model.
- Under Preferred processing region, choose a region.
- Save, then publish. New answers are processed in the region you chose.
Tips
- You can change the region at any time. The change applies after you save and publish.
- Some answer models are offered only in the United States. If you pick one of those, its answers are processed there. Choose another model if the region matters to you.
- Mention the region in your AI Twin introduction if your audience cares about it.
