What is a processing region?: It is the location where the AI work behind each answer takes place. When a visitor asks your AI Twin a question, the answer is processed in the region you chose.
Which regions can I choose?: The United States, Canada, Switzerland, Germany, Sweden and the Netherlands. More regions are being added.
Is it available on every plan?: Processing region is available on paid plans and is set separately for each AI Twin.
Can I change the region later?: Yes. Change it in your AI Twin settings at any time. The new region applies once you save and publish.
Does every answer model support every region?: Most do. Some answer models are offered only in the United States; when you pick one of those, its answers are processed there.
Does this make my AI Twin GDPR compliant?: Choosing a European processing region can help you meet your own requirements, but compliance depends on how you use your AI Twin. Check with your adviser for your situation.
