Organize knowledge
Review suggested cleanups for your knowledge library: merge duplicates, retire outdated items and keep answers precise.
What it is
Organize reviews your Knowledge library and proposes keep / discard drafts you can accept or reject. Nothing silently rewrites your library. Organized material is ingested with a clear source so you can see what changed.
What it’s for
When the library has grown noisy, near-duplicate FAQs, outdated bios, or overlapping uploads, and you want a reviewable pass instead of deleting chunks by hand.
How to use it
- Open Knowledge → Organize (https://base.hi.speak-to.ai/knowledge).
- Start or open a review job when one is available for your AI Twin.
- Read each draft proposal. Keep what should stay; discard what should go.
- Apply only after you are satisfied. Superseded docs are archived intentionally, not auto-deleted without review.
- Ask the public Twin a few questions that used to hit noisy material and confirm answers improved.
Tips / pitfalls
- Organize is human-in-the-loop: treat proposals as drafts, same spirit as Reflect.
- Prefer Organize after a batch of uploads or a migration, not after every Quick Add.
- If a proposal looks wrong, discard it and leave the original doc alone.
- Pair with Reflect for gaps; Organize cleans structure, Reflect flags missing answers.
