An independent wireless retailer turned scattered account documents into a conversational assistant staff can ask, without abandoning the files they already trust.
Customer accounts, line assignments and monthly dues lived in a handful of cloud documents maintained by the owner. That worked while the owner was on the floor. It stopped working as soon as anyone else had to answer a customer question.

- Parsers that turn documents into structured account data
- A chat assistant staff can ask by customer name
- Call recordings as a second knowledge source for follow ups
Answers are built from synced records and labeled with where they came from. The owner keeps editing files the way they always have.
AI Twin produces answers generated by AI. Important decisions should still be verified against the cited sources or with the expert directly.
